Hi everyone, I'm Sophie, I started The Renee Glow Candle Co. in November 2021.
I am based in Witney, Oxfordshire and all my products are handmade by myself either here or just down the road in Minster Lovell. I was born in Oxford and have spent the majority of my life living here in Witney. I enjoy many things including skiing, paddle boarding and travelling - which you may notice I do a lot of but my laptop is never too far away to stop me from working...
The name The Renee Glow Candle Company comes from memories of my great grandma who was named Renee and was always the glow in our lives, no matter how grey and cloudy everything was you could always count on her so nan, this ones for you. Unfortunately we lost Renee in 2015 following a short battle of ill health but the love and memories are still shared amongst us all today.
I am slowly but surely trying to to grow my business and brand, we have lots of exciting new things in the pipeline from events to new products, please make sure to follow us on social media or sign up to our mailing list to be kept up to date!
I have carefully selected the products I will be using to make my home fragrance products to ensure they are all vegan and cruelty free, for the candles and wax melts this is from the 100% soy wax to the glitter and mica powders added to give them a bit of shimmer and all bases and fragrance oils in my other products are sourced using the same principle.
